About the Artist

Terri Maddin-Miller was born and raised in Northern Kentucky. After spending a number of years focused on career and family, she began painting. She started working with scraperboard from the UK, and sold many pieces exhibited at local art shows. Ten years later, she began working with oils. In 2008 one of her oil paintings was sold at Milestone's charity auction. Over the years, Terri has worked in a variety of media, including watercolor, acrylics, inks, pastels, and oils. You can view some of her artwork in the slideshow to the right.

Her husband, Bryan, a car enthusiast, encouraged her to start painting his collector cars. His friends loved the paintings and began requesting their own collector car portraits. Bryan critiques each and every car portrait as if it were his own before it is finished. It is important to Terri to make the car paintings look as realistic as possible.
